Sensorless Predictive Maintenance at the Edge
We are excited to be showcasing Reality AI Tools(R) software working with Renesas Motor Control boards for DC brushless motors. We run Machine Learning models natively on the motor control board using electrical information to detect minute changes in load that are indicative of anomalies and maintenance issues. Reality AI Tools is a low-code automated machine learning platform for creating, validating, and deploying sensor classification or prediction models at scale, in targeted embedded device of your choice. This demonstration will illustrate the power of Reality AI Tools to develop and deploy an Endpoint AI solution for early detection of faults in motor systems.

Edge AI for Contactless Anomaly Detection
Drop by #631 to see in action RealityCheck AD working with an AI-enabled, doppler radar sensor from Fujitsu Component Ltd.(FCL), built in partnership with Reality AI. This doppler sensor acts like a very sensitive motion detector and is used with Reality AI anomaly detection algorithms as a CONTACTLESS VIBRATION SENSOR, giving RealityCheck AD the same information content (though in a different form) as a vibration sensor directly connected to the target equipment - enabling real-time condition monitoring, anomaly detection, and remaining-useful-life predictions of the target equipment -- without need for physical mounting of a sensor.
Automotive SWS Directional Audio for ADAS Applications
In this demo we will illustrate how you can detect road safety threats in non-line-of-sight situations. Using external MEMs mic arrays on the vehicle, passive audio-based detection and localization of road participants like emergency vehicles, cars, bicyclists can supplement visual sensing modalities:
- Advance warning of potential targets outside of the field of view
- Low cost MEMs mic sensors, with small processing footprint
- Detect presence, vehicle type, angle-of-arrival, estimated distance, and approaching/receding status
- Achieve vehicle safety ratings such as the Euro NCAP Vehicle Safety Standards for Obstructed
